New Era FFA is a non-profit foster family agency organization. New Era FFA was founded by Jesus Rodriguez, MS, and Ana Frausto, MS, and Joseph Castillo, MSW. Combined, they all bring more than twenty years of social work and human service work experience, six of those years from direct work with various foster family agencies. Joseph possesses a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Master of Social Work degree from California State University, Fresno. Ana has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from California State University, Fresno.
Jesus brings over ten years worth of experience in administration, university and K-12 teaching, crisis intervention counseling, and social transition services for foster and young adults with disabilities. Jesus has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science and Master of Science degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and a Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential from California State University, Fresno. Currently, Jesus is working in attaining his Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from California State University, Fresno. Jesus and founders all have a passion for helping and assisting foster children and young adults, and feel that this agency will provide a new positive era in their lives.
